English Level

We personally believe that English level is an issue in "Stamford International University". Some students use English as their mother tongue language, others are fluent in it, but you may also encounter students with a basic knowledge of English Language. This makes it difficult for teachers to teach, as some students may follow and others cannot, or some teachers speak slow in order for everyone to be on track. In this situation the students with high knowledge of English suffer as they are capable of learning more.

We were interested in the English Language of Stamford Students and our results showed just what we expected. Out of the 100 students that performed the survey, 24 were at English101 level, 32 students were at English102 level and 20 were at English103 level. The other 24 students marked the "OTHER" box, meaning that their level of English is either below par or it is their mother tongue language.
